Having never purchased a car without physically seeing it we were very apprehensive. Will and Richard took dozens of excellent photos of the car both inside and out . They also did a walk round video . This gave us the confidence to go ahead with the purchase and our car was delivered in person, without fuss today. The condition was as described and we never even had to leave our house! Extremely pleasant people to deal with and would highly recommend them to others.
As an older single woman buying a car is quite daunting. But William was so helpful and informative that my purchase is proving to be highly successful. After failing the MOT all necessary works were carried out and even the missing trim was ordered and sent to me after William personally delivered my car. Dealing with William and Richard of Greenpoint Car Sales Ltd, has been a simple and rewarding process from start to finish. I saw a vehicle I was interested in, on Autotrader, and took the link to the website. It was very close to Christmas; and as I live the other side of the country, William sent lots of high quality photos, and a video. (I’d seen the quality of their videos previously on YouTube when looking for a car)
The car was for my elderly mother, and Greenpoint took a small deposit, MOT’d the vehicle and made sure it had no advisory’s… then, delivered the car to me in west Wales (today) 29 th December 2023….. Car was even better than expected, fully valeted and even had half tank of fuel.

I phoned up Monday morning, they are over 200miles from us, and spoke to William he told me all about the car etc, long story short l put a small deposit with him, he made all arrangements for FREE delivery and my new little run around was delivered very quickly 9.30am on the Wednesday, by William with no problems whatsoever, we couldn’t be happier with the car it’s exactly as advertised. I paid through bank transfer the warranty is for 6months and I can have it sorted at my own garage and they pay if the problem is under the warranty. Have experienced a level of service that I thought didn't exist. From the initial phone call to the exchange of car keys, the whole process was friendly and polite (but never artificial), informative (perfectly so) and honest (refreshingly so).

I have wanted to own a Volvo V70 for many, many years. After a long search for the right car, I found this at Greenpoint Car Sales. The Part-exchange process was quite effortless. William has just collected my mums car and was extremely polite, well mannered and patient with my mum, who suffers from severe anxiety. It was a huge deal for her and William put her at ease, was friendly, very knowledgeable and very respectful. We would without a doubt recommend this company and would use their services again.
This company makes buying a car a pleasurable experience. I found a couple of cars that I would be interested in on their website. Living not too far away I made an appointment to go and view them. William was very helpful and once I had decided on my first choice we went for a test drive. I knew then that was the car I wanted. William said that the air conditioning needed to be regassed (although it actually seemed fine to me as we were driving) and he would get it done and deliver my new car to home within a couple of days. This was done on time and he was able to drive back in my old car which we had already agreed as a part-exchange. With a holiday shortly after I did not get to use the car immediately other than a couple of short local trips. After my holiday I wanted to check that I knew where everything was located on/in the car, check tyres, water etc. It was then that I discovered there was a problem with the bonnet lock and in short I could not open the bonnet. I got in touch with William who said he would arrange to get it fixed. A short while after his mother came down to collect the car, take it back to be fixed and brought it back to me within about 4 hours. I can thoroughly recommend this company.
I had myself a lovely Volvo C70 convertible delivered last week. I spoke with Richard after putting an enquiry in on the website. He said that the car was spotless and offered free delivery a few days later. I put a deposit down and as promised the car was delivered.... And it was in better condition than he described in the advert. Richards Son William delivered the car and he couldn't have been nicer and more informative. April 2022 - From my initial meeting with Richard through to the purchase of my car I was confident I was dealing with a decent, honest company. I was after a specific model and had visited other dealers who were pushy and not completely honest that made me walk away. Greenpoint are the complete opposite. Totally honest and I was under no illusion what I was buying. He obviously chooses his stock carefully; my 15 year old purchase came with FSH and fair W & T for a car that old. I absolutely love it. Trying to find a reputable used car dealership can be a minefield; I would recommend Greenpoint without hesitation.

I looked for a while for the car I wanted, (a Ford focus) and looked everywhere. I realised the demand for 2nd hand cars was through the roof and I couldn’t rely on buying local. Seeing the ideal motor on here, I was interested but I was also concerned about buying from so far away from where I live (Wales) I needn’t have been. The customer service I received from William and Richard was great, their knowledge of the car and offer to deliver was fantastic so I bought the vehicle ..
Then, it Broke down within days .. I contacted them and they were amazing. They told me to take to a main dealer straight away . They liaised and paid for all the investigations, the quote was a debt of a 3rd world country (which turned out to be wrong) so the guys asked if I minded if they had vehicle back to repair. They were so apologetic but their concern and reactions instantly made us feel at ease. All I can say Is that this is the 2nd review I’ve ever done. We had been looking for this make, model and colour van for a few weeks when we found one for sale from Greenpoint Car Sales Ltd the van advertised met our criteria and our budget.
William was very responsive to messages and answered all our questions with ease and even offered to deliver the van to us in Newcastle from their base in Essex, I wouldn’t usually purchase a van without seeing it in person but our workload was heavy at the time and after seeing the advert, photos and speaking with William we decided to take a leap of faith and so pleased we did as the van was exactly as described and actually better than I was expecting.
I don't know how they can find the vehicle, buy it, do what may require doing to the van including service, mot and valet to then deliver it at the prices they do and still turn a profit

Spoke to Richard initially about viewing the vehicle after work who then had William bring the car to me after work, William was happy to let me have a good look around it, taking my time before going for a test drive.
I gave a deposit via bank transfer, the vehicle was then taken for an MOT the following day by William, work was carried out to pass, only minor things, William then drove the car back to us the following day and delivered it with a clean sheet on the MOT.
